Our live event schedule is powered by Sched.com. This interactive tool lets you browse all sessions, speakers and events happening during Mustang Media Fest.
Who should download the app?
Students and guest speakers. Please register via the Sched page or the Sched app to access everything right from your phone — it’s free and super easy to use (detailed instructions for downloading the app are below).
Please note: Wednesday and Thursday speaker sessions are still being finalized, but you can browse the current schedule to explore sessions of interest. Times and rooms will be finalized closer to the event.
What about attending the Keynote or the Hall of Fame gala?
Please register and purchase your tickets for these events through our Eventbrite page.

Download the Sched App:
Visit sched.com/apps, or
Search “Sched” in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)
Open the App.
Search for Our Event:
Tap the search bar and type: Mustang Media Fest 2025
Select the Event from the list.
Log In or Sign Up using the same email you used to register for the event (if needed).
Browse the Schedule:
View sessions by day, speakers, concentrationfocus and other tags
Build your personal agenda
Register for events with limited capacity (like the 1-on-1 resume review sessions)
Get real-time updates and notifications
