Jim Hayes Keynote Speakers & Networking Events
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Learn how Cal Poly Journalism prepared Susan Miller for her extensive role in the CIA.
11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
From Cal Poly to the face of ESPN, learn what has stuck with David Kraft throughout his career.
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Spend some time between the Keynote events casually connecting with other students, alumni, and faculty. Food will be provided.

Wrap up Day 3 with an exciting night of networking, accompanied by live music from local bands.

Highlights of the night include:
A red carpet photo experience with friends.
A silent auction featuring one-of-a-kind memorabilia—including items from Jim Hayes and George Ramos, plus rare editions from over 100 years of Mustang News archives.
A formal induction of five outstanding alumni into the Journalism Hall of Fame.
